Gaurav Singh joined the Star Best Cafe journey with a clear belief: a great cafe is built as much on people as it is on the cup. Alongside Akhand, he helped shape the brand into a place where guests feel seen, welcomed, and looked after from the first sip.

Grounded in Ayodhya and driven by a hands-on approach, he brings a sharp eye for detail, warm hospitality, and the everyday discipline that keeps all our outlets running with the same care. His focus is simple — make every visit feel considered, comfortable, and true to where every sip shines.
